What a training at Eagle Muay Thai looks like

Our Muay Thai group trainings are for every level.

From beginners to pro fighters, everyone can join!

Warm-up

Our sessions start with a structured warm-up to prepare your body and mind. We begin with rope skipping, followed by shadowboxing to activate movement and technique.

Padwork and Bagwork

Padwork and bagwork are core parts of every training session. During padwork, you’ll train one-on-one with a coach who gives real-time feedback, pushes your pace, and helps you refine combinations, timing, and flow. Bagwork lets you build striking power, rhythm, and endurance at your own pace – and apply what you've learned under pressure.

Technique Training

Our group training includes focused technique training – because great fighters aren’t just strong, they’re smart. We break down movement, timing, balance, and striking mechanics to help you build real skill.

Sparring

Sparring is part of our daily training – but always with control, mutual respect, and clear intention. Depending on the focus of the day, we sometimes do boxing-only or kicks-only sparring to isolate specific skills. You’ll work on timing, distance, and decision-making – not just power. Whether light contact or more intense rounds, it’s never about ego. It’s about learning, adapting, and growing together. If you’re new to sparring, we’ll guide you step by step.

Clinching

Clinching is a core part of Muay Thai – and an art in itself. In our training, you’ll learn how to control posture, find balance, break rhythm, and land effective knees. We focus on technique, not brute force. Whether you're new to clinching or already experienced, we build your skills step by step – with partners, drills, and plenty of time inside the clinch.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and conditioning are key to becoming a well-rounded fighter. We incorporate bodyweight training, core work, explosive movements, and functional strength exercises to build power, endurance, and injury resistance. Stronger body. Stronger mind. Smarter fighter.

Stretching

We start with dynamic stretches to prepare your body for movement, and finish with deeper stretches to support recovery, flexibility, and long-term mobility. It’s not just about preventing injury – it’s about moving better, kicking higher, and staying ready for the next round.

Running

No running, no Muay Thai. Running is a fundamental part of every fighter’s training – it builds stamina, mental toughness, and rhythm in your movement. At Eagle, fighters run twice a day: early morning around 7 AM before the first session, and again after the afternoon session. Beginners are welcome to join.

Big Buddha Run

On Wednesdays, we usually do the Big Buddha run: 4,5 kilometers uphill! It's tough, but fun.

Last but not least: Having fun!

We’re a small gym where people know each other, push each other, and laugh together. We celebrate birthdays, watch fights as a crew, and keep the vibes high – even after tough rounds. Training is serious. But the atmosphere? Always real, always human. Because progress feels better when you enjoy the ride.
