Eagle Muay Thai: How it all started

A vision became reality

Wanmai – Headcoach and owner of Eagle Muay Thai – grew up on a small island in Krabi, surrounded by palm trees, sand, and the sound of the sea. As a young boy, he was introduced to Muay Thai – not out of passion, but because his older brother dragged him to training. At first, he wasn’t too excited. But one day, something changed. Muay Thai clicked. And it became the center of his life.

After finishing school, Wanmai studied Sports Science in Phuket. He later joined the military, where discipline and mental strength became part of his everyday routine. After his service, he started coaching in different gyms across Thailand – always with one dream in mind: building his own gym, his own team.

That dream became reality when Eagle Muay Thai was born.

The beginning wasn’t easy. There were tough times and hard fights – but Wanmai never gave up. Together with his team, he built a place of passion, discipline, and respect. Today, he looks back on many successful years, having trained countless Thai and international fighters – some of whom went on to compete on major stages like ONE Championship.
